  • Advising the Uruguayan government and president as the country develops the world's first national, legally regulated cannabis market
  • Providing expert advice to the first ever supranational review of drug policy, carried out by the Organization of American States
  • Encouraging over 100 international NGOs, including Human Rights Watch, the UK Prison Governors Association and the International Aids Society, to sign up in support of our Count the Costs campaign
  • Acting as technical coordinators for the Global Commission on Drug Policy's report Taking Control: Pathways to Drug Policies that Work
  • Advising prominent public figures, including Kofi Annan, Sir Richard Branson and Nick Clegg, on drug policy reform
  • Being invited to speak at high-level forums such the World health Organization's World Health Assembly, the United Nations in New York, and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe
  • Advising the Jamaican government on the development of the country's decriminalisation of cannabis and emerging medical cannabis market
  • Co-hosting inter-governmental conferences on drug policy
  • Uniting families negatively impacted by the war on drugs to campaign for reform as part of Anyone's Child: Families for Safer Drug Control
  • Providing consultancy to groups such as the British Medical Association, the International Institute for Strategic Studies and Chatham House to pursue a programme of work on drug policy
  • Over half a million downloads of 'After the War on Drugs: Blueprint for Regulation', which has also been translated into four different languages
  • Consistently attracting well over 100 media hits each year, both in the UK and Internationally, across major newspapers, television networks and radio stations
